Mid Norfolk training on learning to heal

AnthonyRoseCFA New Wine training day on 'learning to heal' is set for Thetford on June 20. The programme includes the theology of healing, how to minister and healing the oppressed.

An opportunity to grow in areas of healing ministry. Revd Anthony Rose [pictured] will be leading the training and there will be an opportunity to ask your own questions.

Anthony was born and brought up in Birmingham. Nearly all his Christian life he has been involved in Holy Spirit renewal in the church. He was ordained in the Church of England in 1986. In 1998 he became Vicar of St George's in Benfleet, Essex, a busy town near the Thames estuary, having previously been in Somerset for eight years. In both places he has sought to introduce ministry in the power of the Spirit. He is the New Wine Networks leader for South Essex.

Anthony is the author of 'Stranger on the Shore: A personal story of struggle with renewal and inner healing'. He is married to Jane, who shares in church leadership with him, and they have three adult offspring.

The following areas will be covered:

  • Theology of Healing
  • Kingdom & Commission
  • Power & Authority
  • How to Minister
  • Values for Healing
  • Healing the Oppressed
  • Time for Questions & Ministry
