£9,727.50 - £10,528.50 (pro rata £19,455 - £21,057) per annum

Are you passionate about recovery from substance misuse?

We need an experienced workers to deliver our Motiv8 project across West Norfolk. Motiv8 focuses on building 'recovery capital' through increasing employability and access to community based recovery activity to ensure the reduced risk of relapse into substance use.

You will deliver groups and work with individuals, providing appropriate aftercare support in the community. You will need to manage a caseload, carry out assessments and complete care plans to meet the needs of service users.

The role will cover the whole of West Norfolk including King's Lynn, Hunstanton, Thetford and other towns and villages in this part of the county. Extensive travel is required so driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
