Fresh outreach initiatives by Norwich FGB men
Looking to new ways of sharing the Gospel with non-churchgoers, Christian businessmen in Norfolk continue to broaden their programme of events with a popular series of musical outreach evenings with gifted Christian musicians.
Recent events include a pub music evening, plus an Elvis Tribute at a Norwich nightspot with singer Andy Kelso, highlighting the Gospel songs that were much-loved by Elvis.
The most recent successful event has been ‘Rhythm and Joy’ dinner evening at the Mercure Hotel with Dave Scott-Morgan, a former singer and musician from the world-famous Electric Light Orchestra.
“As a seasonal change of pace, our next event in July will be a quality barbeque – a great evening of food and fellowship at Herne Hill Farm,Toftwood,” says Dr Barrie Lawrence, regional director of Full Gospel Businessmen (FGB).
The BBQ at 5pm on Saturday July 22 will be hosted by FGB Norwich vice-president Roly Le Roy and his wife, Jane, at Herne Hill Farm, Toftwood, Dereham, NR19 1QE at 5pm.

These events are arranged by the Norwich Chapter of the Full Gospel Businessmen (FGB), part of a worldwide fellowship in more than 100 nations.
