Soul TiesPX
Norwich Christian group asks 'where does it hurt?'

Norwich Christian group 'Transforming the atmosphere' meet regularly to pray for revival in the city. On Monday March 19 they will look at possible social dimensions of 'soul-ties' for Norwich.

Members fo the 'Transforming the Atmosphere' group meet every month in Norwich. This month, they are seeking release and healing for Norwich, trusting that it will take hold of its God-given destiny as a ‘city of mercy’.
The next session of ‘Transforming the Atmosphere’ will be held at 7.30pm on Monday 19th March, at the House of Prayer, Fishergate, NR3 1SE, when the group will explore the question, “where does it hurt?” All are welcome to attend.
Rev Nigel Fox said, "Our experiences of counselling for healing of the inner person inform us that ‘soul-ties’ or ‘soul/spirit hurts’ may easily predispose people towards certain patterns of behaviour. These derive from the effects of other people who have had some form of influence on us. Such influences may be godly and affirming or ungodly and wounding, and the ungodly influences are best dealt with."
"Just as certain characteristics are quietly passed on through the generations so, also, the inner wounds easily blight successive generations. Might a whole city find itself wounded or constrained in some way or other?"

The session on March 19 will look at how these things work out at a social or corporate level as the question is asked of Norwich 'where does it hurt?'.
