The Norfolk and Norwich Christian community website

Christian website to cover whole of Norfolk

NetworkNorfolkHomePioneering ecumenical Christian website Network Norwich is planning to spread its wings and provide coverage for the whole of Norfolk as well, under the banner Network Norwich & Norfolk and local contacts are now needed to help make this happen.
Web editor, Keith Morris, said: “We have been online for over three years now, with more than 1600 subscribers for our weekly e-newsletter and over 5,000 unique visitors every month. For quite a while we have been covering news, events, projects etc across Norfolk as well as those based in Norwich.
“The proposed rebranding as Network Norwich & Norfolk simply aims to reflect this reality and to help us provide connections and communications for the Christian community right across the county.
“While maintaining our service in the Norwich area, we are looking to extend our award-winning coverage to other parts of the county with the backing of groups such as Norfolk and Waveney Churches Together, King's Lynn Churches Together, etc.
“We hope to be able to help local ecumenical groupings and partnerships communicate what they are up to. If you are interested in the website promoting your news, project or church or even helping you to produce a professional website as part of the project, please get in touch.”
The relaunch is currently on schedule for January 1, 2009.
Keith is also looking for local web champions in the different areas of the county, especially South, North, West and Mid Norfolk, to help provide local news and information.
