Passion Play needs safety volunteers

Preparations for the Norwich Passion Play to be staged in the city centre on Easter Saturday are progressing well but help is still needed in a couple of areas.

If you would like to be a volunteer steward or are a qualified security guard or first aider, the team behind the play need your help to help ensure the event goes safely and the audience enjoy themselves.
The play will take place on Hay Hill, Millennium Plain and in St Peter Mancroft Church and safety teams are now being put together. If you are a trained first-aider, or security person or if you can help with general stewarding (training provided) at the event the team behind the play would love to hear from you.
Performances will take place at 11am and 3pm on Saturday April 16, so you would be needed between around 10am until 5pm. There will be training provided online and a rehearsal on Good Friday evening.
If you are happy to join the team for this one-off event, please ring 07712 787762, or email passionplay@celebratenorfolk.co.uk with your contact details, which role you are interested in and, briefly, any relevant experience you have.
