Children's and Youth leader (part time) 

The Lightwave Bungay Hub is looking for a Children’s and Youth Leader (CYL) to be part of the Lightwave Hub in the Bungay Benefice. The vision of the Hub is to bring the Light, Life and Hope of Jesus to children and young people in Bungay and beyond.

We are passionate about the church ‘Growing Younger’ and we want to see children and young people coming to faith and growing as followers of Jesus. We do this through a combination of outreach, schools work, discipleship groups and our all-age Sunday gathering.

We are looking for someone who is first and foremost a committed follower of Jesus, with a desire to join in with the life of the Hub here in Bungay, and to take on and extend the work already happening with children and young people.

We have a big vision and want to build upon the discipleship pathways that we have already created in this area for children & young people to know the Light, Life & Hope of Jesus. You will be joining a supportive team who will encourage you in bringing your giftings, ideas and experience to the role. 

Part time (17.5 hours a week) worked flexibly Monday to Sunday.
