In February Hope Community Church in Wymondham is hosting a conference giving people a taste of the 12-week Bethel Firestarters Course which aims to ignite passion and purpose in followers of Jesus.

Hope Community Church in Wymondham is hosting the Firestarters Conference over Friday, February 8, 7.30pm and Saturday, February 9, 10am-4pm. The conference will be led by members of the Eastgate Church team from Northfleet who will be delivering a taster of the Bethel Firestarters Course.

The full Firestarters Course is a 12-week course written by Kevin Dedmon from Bethel Church, Redding in California. It is designed to challenge Christians to become radical followers of Jesus pursuing passion, purpose, and power.

Jim Evans, the Leader of the Firestarters Course for Bethel in California, said: “We have seen many people transformed into Firestarters, starting fires of God’s passion wherever they go, to whomever they meet. Most of the people who have attended our course, here at Bethel Church, have never prophesied in public or prayed for someone for healing. Most of our students begin taking risk in these areas and see breakthrough within the first few weeks. Upon completion, they are more confident and competent in living naturally supernatural.”

The cost of the two-day taster conference is £20 which includes lunch on the Saturday.
