Dereham Christian bookshop's special Christmas event

Green Pastures Community Hub is holding a special Christmas event on December 7 featuring book signings with Christian authors, live music, refreshments, children's storytime and festive crafts, plus discounts and offers on their wide range of books and gifts.

On Saturday, December 7, 10am-4pm visitors to the Green Pastures Community Hub shop in Dereham will enjoy a variety of Christmas entertainment, refreshments and special offers.

Christians authors Annie Try and John I. Butura will be in situ signing copies of their books. Annie Try, from West Norfolk, will be signing her Dr Mike Lewis novels based around the life and clients of a clinical psychologist.

John I Butura, a refugee from communist Romania, now living in North Walsham, will be signing his book about his personal journey, ‘An escape from Communism to a Prisoner of Christ’.

As well as book signings there will be live Christmas music, a children’s storytime at 11.30am and 2.30pm, a children’s Christmas craft table and other activities. And there will be refreshments to enjoy throughout the day.

There will also be special discounts and offers on the shop's wide range of stock, which includes Christian books, DVDs and CDs, children’s books, greeting cards and a large selection of gift items including jewellery, Willow Tree ornaments and artwork.  The event promises to provide a lovely environment in which to do your Christmas shopping.
