Samuel regularly cooks for his family and the children in the school and orphanage. His style is authentic Indian home cooking, using the best spices from India. Whilst here in Norwich, Samuel is running a cookery class to demonstrate how to make authentic Indian curry, using a range of delicious spices, which he brought with him from India. After the success of last year’s classes, Samuel will this time demonstrate how to cook Egg Curry and Ladies Finger Fry with Lemon Rice.

The class will be held at the Silver Road Community Centre, Norwich, NR3 4TB on Tuesday 4th June 2-4pm £10 (8 places available).

Samuel will demonstrate how to cook the curry. There will be a range of spices from India provided and a recipe to take home, to help you cook your own delicious curry. We will also enjoy eating the recipes that Samuel cooks during the session. Come along and have some fun and fellowship, trying out some Indian snacks during the class.
